We offer a unique and fun blend of fitness, education and self confidence

Our adult program offers a unique blend of self defense and exercise that benefits the body and mind. Our adult program is designed to develop and maintain a sound body and mind, which is critical to get the MOST out of life. We add "years to your life and life to your years".

To strengthen your body, you will begin with isometric and dynamic exercises. Flexibility will be enhanced through a gradual building process of safe and easy stretching exercises. Our program will teach you breathing and concentration exercises, which will sharpen your senses and reflexes, while allowing you to relax from the stresses of daily life.

It is not necessary to be in shape to begin our classes. Most new adults begin our program after years of inactivity, and fall in love with our strength and conditioning. The workouts will give you a high level of energy, while motivating you to eat the right foods that will fuel your body. We offer three "noon" workouts per week and four evening classes per week. You may attend classes five days per week, with the option of twice per day if you'd like. Most of our students workout two to three times per week. Adult member, who have children in our program, may also workout in the child's class, which provides five more workout opportunities.
