Master Edwards began his study of Taekwondo as a senior in high school and has been teaching martial arts for over 30 years. He has the experience needed to teach children with love, but still instill discipline and respect in their lives.
Our Aikido and yoga instructor is Dr. Ed Mink, Ed.D., who besides teaching at FMA, currently serves as the Director of Health Promotion and Education, Coordinator of substance Abuse Prevention, Coordinator of Substance Abuse Prevention, and Adjunct Assistant Professor in Health Services at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
Mr. Elvis Price,

Our programs are designed to promote self-confidence and self-esteem which gives a better peace of mind. Recent studies have shown that programs that focus on personal achievement such as martial arts are vastly more effective than any other form of exercise
Fayetteville Martial Arts has been providing this exceptional martial arts instruction to students of all ages since 1989. FMA is very unique martial arts school. We take the progressive techniques of mixed martial arts and unite them with tradition and principles of the past. We also provide an authentic, high level, competitive martial arts experience to students in safe and supportive environment. We are not a “fighters” gym. We have a tradition of structured classes, uniforms and etiquette. Our physical curriculum is a balance of non-violent conflict resolution, scenario-based self-defense and traditional marital art techniques which are powerful and beautiful.
